The Buyer Process
01. Inquire
At our first meeting, we’ll get to know each other. Then, I’ll get an idea of what you’re looking for in a home. This includes pricing, square footage, communities, and many other items!
02. HOUSE SHOWINGS
Once I know your preferences, I can start my search. I will work to locate homes that I think would be a great fit for you. We will look at them together and discuss!
03. OFFER TO PURCHASE
Once you have found THE house, I’ll assist you in putting in an offer to purchase with any necessary addenda. This is also where any negotiation between the seller/buyer parties takes place.
04. CLOSING & MOVE IN
Once the negotiations are settled, we will go to closing! This is where you’ll officially sign the contract to purchase and you’ll receive the keys to your home- Congrats!
